Montesano Psychological Center is fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All telehealth sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms that encrypt your personal health information. Your privacy and confidentiality are protected according to federal and state regulations.

Emergency Limitations: Please note that telehealth services are not appropriate for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any life-threatening emergency, do not wait for a scheduled appointment. Call 911 immediately, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Our therapists cannot provide emergency intervention through telehealth platforms and cannot guarantee immediate response to messages sent between scheduled sessions.
