Short Biography

Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow

My goal in sessions is to create a warm, safe environment where you can explore your
experiences openly, genuinely, and without judgment. My clinical experience has been primarily
in private practice and counseling centers. I am a postdoctoral psychology fellow at Montesano
Psychological Center, with a Master of Arts degree in Psychology (MA), and will be completing
my doctorate in Clinical Psychology later this year at Adler University. I enjoy creating a therapy
environment where my clients feel seen, heard, and accepted. I use an eclectic approach to
therapy, highlighting aspects of client-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT. Trust, authenticity,
and empathy are very important to me in helping to support you in your mental health journey. I
am currently receiving clinical supervision from Dr. Montesano, a licensed clinical psychologist,
and provide individual and couples therapy services virtually, as well as pre-bariatric surgery psychological
assessments.
